The Sacred Body offers massage therapy for both relaxation and ongoing treatment of painful musculoskeletal soft tissue strains and injury. With certified RMT services covered under many ICBC and BC health plans, the Sacred Body tailors every session to the unique needs of each client for pain and stress relief.

Mint has been lovingly created to serve the specific self care and therapeutic needs of the mountain souls of Revelstoke. We know that mountain people work hard, play hard in wild weather, and generally lead active, busy, and adventurous lifestyles. We love providing a space for healing, replenishment and natural beauty rituals.

Certified Spa Therapist Nina Lindstrom and Registered Massage Therapist Heidi Ogden created Mint Day Spa to be an uplifting and refreshing self-care space for the wild mountain souls of Revelstoke.

Heidi Ogden

A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2002 and an Advanced Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy® since 2022, co-owner Heidi Ogden’s healing philosophy aligns therapeutic technique with holistic self-empowerment. By combining massage therapy with the principles of Ortho-Bionomy®, Heidi has developed and refined a method that is both flexible and highly effective.”My goal is to illuminate the steps along your healing path. It takes a lifetime to establish our patterns but only one step to begin a new direction.”

Nina Lindstrom

Co-owner Nina Lindstrom is a master brow stylist, a certified and talented spa therapist and a superstar hair removal ninja (waxing, threading, sugaring, laser-she does it all!). She has been helping the Revelstoke community to feel naturally beautiful, peaceful and well cared for since 2015.

Nina completed her Esthetics training in 2015 at The Esthetics Institute of Vancouver. She is a graduate of The Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage where she trained as a relaxation massage practitioner. She gained certification as a Laser Hair Removal Technician at All Body Laser in Vancouver, BC.

Alison Fieldhouse

Alison is our fabulous Laser Hair Removal Technician. She has extensive training in spa therapy, esthetics, and hair removal. Alison has a special way of creating a safe, friendly, and comfortable environment for all of her clients while focusing on precise results. Her favourite part of spa therapy work is witnessing clients gain confidence and improved self esteem after treatments, particularly for those who have undergone hormonal changes that have created challenging physical side effects and unwanted hair growth.
 

Alison graduated from Marvel College in 2005 as a licensed spa therapist and esthetics practitioner. She further graduated in 2022 from The Esthetics Institute as a fully certified Laser Hair Removal Technician.

Therapeutic Treatments

For those seeking relief from persistent or chronic pain, 15 extra minutes are added at NO CHARGE to your initial 60 minute appointment (75 minutes total) to listen as you explain the nature and impact of your ailment. Understanding the origin of your pain and its affect on your quality of life helps us shape the optimal treatment regime.
